Is Personal Training Right For You?
Did you know that IDEA, the International Health and Fitness Association, released a statistic that found 75% of people who exercise are not getting the results they want? But out of the 25% of people who are getting results, 90% of them are working with a Personal Trainer. Personal Training gets results and that's why anyone can benefit from this personal attention! Personal Training is no longer reserved for "Rich and Famous"!

Are you just getting started with your fitness goals?
The thought of entering an exercise facility and starting an exercise program without any assistance can be intimidating. Trying to teach yourself how to use all the equipment can be so confusing. Your trainer will teach you how to exercise correctly and safely. Your trainer will provide you with enough guidance, motivation and education to ensure you establish healthy and effective exercise patterns right from the beginning.
Not Getting Results?
It's common to feel like the amount of effort you're putting in is not matching the reward. Your personal trainer will change your program and show you how to get results much more effectively and in less time. Your trainer will provide you with a brand new exercise regimen that will heighten your health and fitness, which will make all the difference between a great workout and a "sub-par" workout!

Having difficulty sticking to your program?
You're not alone. Eighty percent of people discontinue their exercise program after 2-3 months. But this time, things are going to be different. Your Personal Trainer will help you "Stick" to your training consistently. When you schedule an appointment with a trainer, you make a commitment to yourself - a commitment that your trainer won't let you break!
Do you have athletic goals?
Many people dream of the challenge of completing an athletic event. With the guidance of a Personal Trainer, that dream can become a reality. Whether you are training for a 5k or 10k run, a half or full marathon, a triathlon, skiing, a grueling hike or just training to improve your golf or tennis game, your trainer will provide you with a plan for success.

Suffering from an injury?
An injury can really set you back. You have the choice of doing nothing or taking an active role in feeling better. Your trainer will work with you and your health care professional to develop a safe rehabilitation program. Your trainer will assist you on your road to recovery.
What is Personal Training?

This is difficult to explain because Personal Training can be so many different things depending on the client - that's what makes it personal! A client may train with their trainer as many days a week as they see fit. That in most cases that ranges from 1x/week - 4x/week which depends on the client and their goals and that can be done individually, with a partner (if you have one) or in a group/class that's offered. Many variables will determine which route you take: personal goals, time of day your available to be trained and budget to your own personal training regimen, keep in mind a structured training program is better than not having one. At the very least, a client should have one session a week with their trainer to be held accountable, for workouts to be changed around and for their progress to be monitored. These factors mentioned are just a few and are critical to your success; too many people continue on with the same workouts for an extended period of time, dont' put in the proper effort needed during workouts and even skip workouts then wonder why they're not experiencing changes in their fitness level. Don't let this be you!

A client can decide whether they'd like to focus on cardio-conditioning, muscle-conditioning, flexibility, nutrition or a combination of all of these, or something totally different, who knows? They could decide to workout with their trainer within a studio, at home, in a gym or even outdoors. They could decide they want to learn to run, build muscles or maybe just go for a hike. Everybody has different goals and all are equally important. We really do strive to make our clients' training sessions as individualized as they are and reach their goals as fast as possible and then of course make new ones!

Personal training is for everyone with all aspects of fitness in mind from beginners, intermediate, elderly individuals, people experiencing back, neck, knee and shoulder problems, competitive athletes (all ages), tri-athletes, runners, pre/post natal, obese clients, diabetic individuals, osteoporotic individuals and many, many more. We are completely confident that regardless of your special considerations, we will be able to help you achieve a higher level of health and fitness. To sum it up Personal Training is everything and anything for everyone who has a goal. Whatever it may be!
